KHRG is a small and flexible organisation with a long established international reputation. We work directly with local villagers on issues of concern to them, and also produce detailed human rights reports and conduct local and international advocacy. Karen people form the core of KHRG's staff and operations, and at present we are actively engaged in an ongoing effort to build the capacity of local people to conduct all aspects of the organisation's management.
