Field Manager

The Karen Human Rights Group (KHRG) is seeking Field Manager.The Field Manager is in charge of coordinating, supervising, and monitoring KHRG’s field researchers and their activities. The Field Manager is in charge of managing the field team budget including payment to field researchers, procurement of field equipment, and expenses incurred for external meetings, trainings, and travel expense. The is a full-time position based in Thailand. The post-holder should be prepared to commit at least two years or more. This position requires frequent travel to KHRG operation areas in Karen State and the ability to communicate fluently in Karen and Burmese languages. IT Manager

Deadline: March 3rd 2017

The Karen Human Rights Group (KHRG) is seeking IT Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for managing all of KHRG's computer software and hardware. The position generally involves two main areas of work: website maintenance and development and network/hardware maintenance and security. This is a full time local position which is based in KHRG's office at the Thai-Burma border. Candidates should be prepared to commit at least two years to working for KHRG. Human Resources Officer

The Karen Human Rights Group (KHRG) is seeking one Human Resources Officer. This is a full time position based in KHRG’s office in Thailand. The position primarily involves management and oversight of all human resources functions within KHRG which includes KHRG’s work in Myanmar. The Human Resources Officer will ensure that all KHRG employees receive efficient and effective support, promote a positive organizational culture and work environment, minimize risk and closely collaborate with all departments regarding human resources functions.
