Hpapun Situation Update: Dwe Lo and Lu Thaw Townships, March to April 2018

This Situation Update describes events that occurred in Dwe Lo and Lu Thaw Townships, Hpapun District during the period between March and April 2018. It includes information about military skirmishes, landmines, internal displacement, the killing of civilians and explicit threats to villagers.
